2. Free Cancellation

You can cancel your PaceAdapt subscription at any time, free of charge.

How cancellation works:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
You will continue to have access to PaceAdapt until your paid period ends
Your subscription will not renew, and you will not be charged again

There are no cancellation fees, notice periods, or penalties.

3. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for subscription payments already made.

This means:

If you cancel partway through a billing period, you will not receive a refund for the remaining time
If you forget to cancel before a renewal date and are charged, we do not refund that charge
If you choose not to use the service during a paid period, this does not entitle you to a refund

4. Why We Have This Policy

As a small, early-stage service, we offer straightforward pricing with no lock-in contracts. You can cancel freely at any time without penalty. In return, we do not process partial refunds or retrospective cancellations.

Avoid complex pro-rata calculations

5. Exceptions

6. Free Trial (If Applicable)

If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. You can cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged according to your chosen plan.
